As SushiCo, Turkey's first and largest Far Eastern restaurant chain, our story dates back to 1997.

We set out with the dream of popularizing the flavors of Far Eastern culture and we have been on the same path for more than 25 years without compromising on quality. More than 70 restaurants in Turkey and abroad, we offer the unique flavors of Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Korean cuisine with our own special touches while remaining faithful to the original recipes.

Reflecting the peaceful and pleasant spirit of the Far East, our restaurants have turned into meeting points for food lovers over time. We have achieved excellence in hosting our guests not only with our rich menu and high quality ingredients, but also with the value we place on our employees as the SushiCo family. To do justice to our art, we always use the highest quality and freshest ingredients. At SushiCo, which offers the same standard in all its restaurants, the ingredients are supplied daily. Nothing is kept waiting. We have never broken this rule since day one. We have always imported many of our basic ingredients, such as soy sauce and rice, from their homelands, thus capturing our unique flavor. The quality control process at every stage of our kitchen has made it easier for us to achieve our ideals.
